The Building Process 

Step 1
The process of building a CC Construction home begins with meeting our project manager, and sharing your dreams and cost parameters. 

Step 2
The second step is to select that perfect section if you haven’t already got one in mind. Choose from among the selection of CC Construction sections located in some outstanding suburbs or bring us your own section.  Each section has its own character and will affect the ultimate floor plan and elevation of your home. Saving trees and preserving views are paramount in building a great home.

Step 3
With the section selected, the next step is to gather together your design ideas, magazine clippings, sketches - anything that you want to include in your dream home - and sit down with one of our recommended architects to piece together all the elements of your new home design including exterior claddings or finishes.

Step 4
With the finished design in hand, your next stop will be with one of our project managers. They will guide you through those all important decisions including interior finishes. Other reputable professionals will assist you in making decisions on such things as appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, kitchen design and hardware. The selection is limited only by your budget and imagination.

As the construction of your home begins, you will be in the capable hands of one of one of our experienced project managers. He will be on your job every day supervising the work and making sure that your home is built to exacting specifications.  As work progresses, you will be involved in each step of the construction, but, one of your biggest responsibilities is to have fun throughout the process!
