Xpression Dance Studio
Xpression Dance Studio History
Xpression Dance Studio was created in 2005 as a result of the local teen-ages continually dancing around the Metro Youth Trust Centre. As part of the Metro Youth Trust vision, Xpression founders Kelly and Melanie Watkinson decided to build a first class studio that could meet the needs of a growing recreational sport / physical activities program.
The Metro Youth Trust is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the community in Christchurch. We are committed to offering positive and healthy alternatives to our young people, alternatives which reinforce self-worth, foster cohesion and connection, and allow the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
